after one call and all the hassle was pointed that cartell throws some issue.

so person paid 10nner to get cartell report and it says damage, then going down a bit under damage- insurer alert.

now they got car few years back and looking at record seems it spent sitting in dealership for 3 years obviously smth happened to it.

that said, no vested interest that person got a lemon, but that aside was expecting to see more info but it only gives that single line insurer alert, so out of interest anyone knows what it could mean as ive no clue but got me interested just to what might of been an issue/ crashed repaired by insurer etc.
