See this small blue part that came with the devilbiss FLG5 gun.

What is it and where does it go?

Could it be a gasket https://www.spraygunsdirect.co.uk/index.php/devilbiss-repair-kit-for-flg5-gravity-and-suction-spraygun.html if it is have a look online as to where it goes.

Nothing in that repair kit resembles it. It was inside the cup along with the cup filter when I unboxed it.

Attached is the manual that came with it on a CD showing the exploded view. Can't see this little fella anywhere.

I was thinking it could have been the black baffle No5 in your pdf . If you make sure all parts have a seal or gasket I would hope it would be just the usual extra bit you find sometimes? I can't see anything else like it on the pdf. Maybe drop the manufacturer an email with the picture of it and ask them what it is for?

Going to have to. The size is about 1/4 width of the air cap and the baffle is just smaller than that. The baffle is black too and this blue.

    I'm Baffled.

    Message from seller.
Thanks for your mail, the spacer is not for the FLG5 but is put by DeVilbiss into every gravity cup as the cup fits all DeVilbiss spray guns and the spacer is used on other DeVilbiss models, so not needed for your FLG5.
