Shower dripping water mixer info pls

Hi Our shower is dripping water. Either from shower head or hand shower. Depending on what's on. I am assuming the mixer is the problem. The valve or something in the mixer is letting water even when it is fully off. I have attached the pic. Which part is faulty? Any help pls.
