Unlocking phone

    Not very tech savvy so any advise would be appreciated
    If I purchase a pay as you go mobile from any of the networks can it be unlocked. I want to buy a phone & insert go mo Sim. Dont want spend a fortune on phone as it's for a child.

    Pay as you go phones tend to be full price anyway so try places with Sim free phones such as Carphone Warehouse, Currys or Argos.

    This too shall pass.

    Sometimes it's a case of being lucky if a prepay phone is unlocked. As above get a sim free. Argos or Amazon as well. How much are you spending ?
