Distortion on NHK on Sky

Hi We lost NHK and a few other channels in the 500-range a few months ago. we contacted Sky, who sent an engineer and he said the dish was fine, gave us a new box, same issue. Nothing else from Sky. Anyone experience something similar? I'm starting to miss NHK, so only really getting myself in gear to sort now.

We lost NHK and a few other channels in the 500-range a few months ago. we contacted Sky, who sent an engineer and he said the dish was fine, gave us a new box, same issue. Nothing else from Sky. Anyone experience something similar? I'm starting to miss NHK, so only really getting myself in gear to sort now.
