I am looking for motion sensor lights to install around the house (outside).

I want to have them default to motion sensor but also be able to them turned on as required for extended periods.

    Any suggestions

    what about this one?

I'm sure someone else will have some reccomendations on particualr lights but I'd say you want IP 66 on any light rather than the IP44 rating of that light.
