Intercom help, No Power cable at wall

Hi All
Attached a crude drawing.

I plan to put a intercom system in at the electric gates,

I have a cable running from gate to a Comms box in my study, This is fine.
But all of the systems I see need a power source at the receiver.

I have Ran a cat6 cable to the Wall by the front door.

But now I'm stuck as to how I will get the 12V there.

Is there systems where the CPU is in coms cabinet but the Receiver is on wall.
This was my thoughts at first but I dont see them online at all?



This is the setup I wanted to do, but never planned for the power.

Of course I can have the receiver in the office, but its not the same.

Is your receiver taking a 12v supply i.e. the AC110-240 is being stepped down to 12v with a power supply unit?

If so you might be able to use a passive POE injector/splitter. Not sure if the tips will match your power supply but they might be adaptable if not.

Look at a system that would support PoE hikvision, Doorbird or Ring maybe.
