Using Pension for mortgage

    Hi,

    Is it possible to use some of a company pension (which you have left) to gather the 20% (2nd time buyer) for a mortgage deposit.

    You can't claim retirement benefits until age 50.

    Certain types of pension are able to pay out if your expected to die soon. But then you won't be able to get a mortgage....
