Potato Harvest That Brought People Over To England

Been doing Ancestry and found out the reason why the my uncle's (grandma's sister's husband's) family may have moved from Ireland to England in 19th century. Apparently it was a potato harvest problem which went on. I'm wondering how much you know about it.
