    Hi.

What plant would be good to cover a tree stump?

Or are these better ways to deal with it beside digging it out?

    Thanks.

I read before that drilling holes in a tree stump and filling these with caustic soda can accelerate the breakdown of the stump. If it was a nice feature then you could just leave it get colonised by lichens and moss or plant some ivy to grow over it but some people complain that ivy can be a bit too vigorous.
