First time learner permit application.....can't book

    I'm trying to book an appointment for my son for his first learner permit license.

    Everytime I go to book an appointment using 'PPSN' number a window comes up asking to either check the date of expiry (he never had a license) or when I check the other box 'I have checked my expiry date and am ready to book'....it takes me to a window that asks for his drivers number....he doesn't have one....where is the PPSN log in???? Perhaps I am missing it? Any help greatly appreciated. It's wrecking my head!:(

    is that the site where you book theory tests too? I was trying to book one for someone and it went in circles
