For anyone thinking of getting it, make sure you get the 5G variant if you want the Snapdragon chip, otherwise you're stuck with Exynos.

I see Three.ie have it now available on their website. I called their service desk about the one advertised on the site as I'm eligible for an upgrade and it turned out its the 4G version even though they do seem to have the 5G version available as I was able to order it over the phone. There's about €90 difference between the 4G and 5G versions.

Hi Elwood_Blues, whats your impression of the phone? Has definitely peaked my interest with the snapdragon chip.

Is the phone single sim or dual physical sim? I'm seeing a lot of conflicting information online as to whether the 5g variant is single or dual sim.

Well, it seems Three don't have the 5G version in stock and I'll have to wait until the end of the month before I get it. Explains why they only had the 4G version on the website.
I don't know if its dual or single sim, I never thought to ask.

That's annoying about the availability of the phone. Hopefully you don't have to wait to long to get it.

Finally received the phone yesterday. On initial use it seems quite nice. Haven't had enough time to really look at it as I spent most of the day setting up all the apps and logging into accounts again. Moving from a Huawei P20 to this so trying to get used to it a little. One thing straight off the batt I miss is the notification led. The FE doesn't have this which I never thought about before but do miss it.
