They basically charge you a few % more for each product as far as I know. Eg. If a product is €1 they charge €1.05. Still super handy at times, even you don’t use it day to day.

Although it is a great service to be fair, I can't get over the sneaky hidden charge at checkout. I've used it a few times out of need but couldn't get over the sneaky charges. Say my shopping was 50, delivery is 5 but at checkout for some reason it jumps to well over 60.

An other issue is missing items. To be fair I know nothing will always be available in the shop but there's times when I seem to be missing a lot and for some reason my card gets charged over the amount of the full basket. Random things also get thrown in basket arrived one day with lots of spices and bits that I didn't order.

The cynical part of me thinks that the picker has get the order to a certain amount to maximise buymies service charge and do it by adding random items if proper substitutes can't be found rather than let the order decrease. This is probably me overthinking like usual during covid times!
