    How can I get my bank card unlocked as I put in the wrong pin code?

    Hi Kevymac,

    Thanks for reaching out to us here today on Boards.ie.

    We're sorry to hear you've blocked the pin out on your card. If this was blocked at a point of sale in a shop, this can be unblocked by popping to your local ATM and entering the correct pin. If this was blocked at an ATM, this will reset overnight.

    You can certainly request for a pin reminder on 365online.com by selecting "service desk" > "ask a question", one of our colleagues will be happy to send this out to you.
