Best combination of heating technologies

I am looking at 2 similar new houses. Bot are similar size and well insulated. One has Air2Water heat pump, no underfloor, mevchanical ventillation, no solar. The other has Gas heating, no underfloor, Solar panels and heat recovery ventillation. Out of those combinations, which is more efficient, cheaper to run and which…

Personally I’d take the solar and ventilation. Have both and think they’re great. If the heat pump was running underfloor then that might make me think twice but definitely not to feed rads
