Grinds through Skype or Zoom

Hi everyone. I am going back to doing grinds this year in project Maths. Due to Covid 19 restrictions I'm hoping to them for the first time on Skype or Zoom. What are the pros and cons in providing grinds through these platforms and is there a market for it? Thanks.
