    Hi,retailer advised refund was processed last Monday 14th...it is still sitting in pending on my account?

    Hi Prinners,

    Thanks for checking your transaction query with us.

    If there is a card transaction still pending on account and retailer is not going to fully process it on their side, this should automatically correct 5 business days after the initial transaction. We would be hoping this has now since resolved overnight for you.
