Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Not sure what caused this. Some product somewhere when it was being washed

Looks like car wash acidic damage yeah.

Might be as easy to replace them. They Audi? The VW equivalents are about 30c each.

Yeah I picked up a set in the VW dealers a few years ago after a tyre fitter made a mess of them. Cheap as chips. The VW versions at least.

If you look on the inside the VAG part number should be written on them. You could then either get them at a dealer or order online.

That's not something left on them, that's damage to the actual dyes in the plastic. Replacement only.

I got a set of generics, for use on a non-VAG car as it had the same size bolts, for basically the cost of postage and a few cents off ebay a few years ago.

Have to take them off before I send the car to my local tyre place as they hate them with a passion though :pac:
