Hello. So when a licenced premises gets closed by government restrictions for three weeks, is it better to un-tap the kegs, just leave them tapped, or does it make any difference to freshness? It might be a silly question, but I've been asked to find out. I know the lines will have to be cleaned anyway at re-opening.

My advice: Flush through / clean the lines and uncouple the kegs. Clean the lines again in 3 weeks.
