Where to Apply for Changing from Stamp 1G to Stamp 1..

    Hi,

    My Stamp 1G was 1st applied for in Cavan, and renewal applied on 26th July was in Burgh Quay. Now I have Critical Skills Employment Permit (CSEP) and my CSEP starts from 29th Sep 2020 so I want to apply for Stamp 1 but am not able to find anywhere how to go about this.

    The only information I can see everywhere is New Registrations in Burgh Quay and Online Renewals.

    I don't know if I have to go for a New Registration in Dublin to obtain Stamp 1 because when seeking appointment for it the system allows to go ahead ONLY if I don't have a GNIB/IRP card (but I have a GNIB/IRP Card obtained with Stamp 1G renewal).

    I have sent numerous emails to the Burgh Quay without any response, I sent numerous emails to burghquayregoffice@justice.ie and bqregofficeapplications@justice.ie, and unit2residencedivision@justice.ie to get information but sadly no reply has come through.

    Has any one any knowledge on how to go about this.
