    Hey,

Bought a set of Sram Apex 1x11 Shifters with flatmount hydraulic brakes for a project but made the mistake with frames and it's post mount I needed.

Perfect condition as per the photos. Looking for 150 euro

Any questions just ask. Collection in Stoneybatter or can post at cost.

    Thanks
    Dan

I'm not very familiar with hydraulic brakes so excuse the silly questions -

Can these be fitted without having to bleed and refill them? Is there much involved in setting them up?

I take it they've never been used and are unmarked? Some of the photos look like shifter tips are scraped but it might just be the reflection!!

    Thanks, Paul

    Hi Paul,

Provided that your frame cabling is completely external then you should be able to fit the brakes no problem without having to bleed them and detach the cables. They will then fit the same way any gear shifters and disc brakes do. Obviously need to ensure that your frame is flat mount and not post mount.

They aren't new they have been used so do have some marks but are in very good condition.

    Thanks
    Dan

It's for this Genesis frame here -

That's flat mount, isn't it? But cables are internal so I'll have to disconnect something!!!

Yes they look like flat mount to me. Yes if it's internally routed you'll need to disconnect the brake calliper in order to get the brake line through the frame and then reconnect it.

Hey Dan, would you be able to send them by parcel motel for asking price? It only costs about a fiver. You box them and deposit in your local PM locker and they'll then deliver to mine? Thanks, Paul

Hey Paul, I don't have a Parcel Motel account but let me look into it tomorrow and I'll come back to you then if that's alright as I've never used it before. Cheers Dan

TBH, if you can wait till the weekend I could probably pop into Stoneybatter? You're not out southside at all? You're still allowed cycle as far as Kilternan!

Hi Paul, I'm not intending to be southside this weekend but send me a private message and we can work something out that's convenient for the two of us.
