Boiler issue.

Have a problem with my boiler (kero) where during colder days it will fire up then shut down after a couple of seconds. It only happens on cold days and I can hear when its going to happen theres a low background electrical whine (as best as I can describe it) on startup. I should add that this has not happened in 6 months…

I should add that this has not happened in 6 months but happened a lot last winter so want to get it sorted for this winter.

Might be a circulating pump issue, put your hand on it and feel for vibrations which indicates it's working. Might be seized and often a tap o the hammer gets it going. Replacement being the permanent solution if this is the issue.
