6 days no service, no call back, no technician.

    So I recently opened a contract with one of the better broadband providers, (Not out national) and started using the internet, its is fibre optic connection, I plugged in modem first time on Thursday last and all was working fine all day.. went to bed, the next morning there's a fault on the line. For 6 days solid I been promised callback after callback, promised this, promised that, anything to get me off the line that's the last that I hear until I call them again either the next day or a few hours later is there anything I can do besides calling their call centre and being fobbed off time and time again until i dial 1907 again. I have tried to cancel contract, that doesn't seem to bother them even though I'm in my cooling off period. I could move back to Eir who I used to be with, however their prices are noticeably higher compared who I am with.
