Nvme new disk - clone SSD in legacy BIOS mode

So I've bought a new nvme disk, installed and prepped it to become my new boot drive. Migrating from an SSD that apparently is configured as LEGACY in the BIOS rather than UEFI.

Am I snookered or is there a way of cloning my SSD to the new Nvme drive?
