Metric i have been using is newest car with lowest mileage. No doubt someone may (rightly) tell me its too narrow a search criteria for finding a new second hand car.

This will be my second car, have driven my current 2004 car into the ground, still going, but with a kid on the way I will upgrade at end of this month.

Looking a Opel Insignia's and Peugeot 2008. Seems to be a good few in this price range (anything from 151 to 161).

Have my eye on 2 in particular, was wondering if anyone could advise or if there is anything obvious missing from above 2 ads that would make others keen/avoid like the plague

Low mileage etc.. no mention of warranty

    or this:

Higher mileage, but has warranty included in price
