    Hi All,

Just wondering what the length for a Cv is? I’ve been working for about 6/7 years since college - I know previously it was 2 pages and bullet points but does that change when you’ve More experience? Unsure as it’s been a few years since I’ve done cvs and cover letters.

In relation to cover letters, is there a rule of thumb in how to write them?

Yeah about 2 pages, with the bullet points mostly listing achievements not tasks.

    Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to apply for X as advertised on Y.

I have Z years experience working as whatever, including some other interesting detail. Mention something else here as you're trying to sell yourself.

I have a degree in W and like to stay up to date on this topic by reading a, b, c.

I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to discuss this role with you. I am available for interview on these dates.

    Yours sincerely

    boardser
