I can sometimes receive a call, a message or text and my phone gives no notification, it might no ring or beep and a couple of times it has rang once then went silent as if the caller had hung up yet they were still on…

Hi, I got a 11 Pro max 2 mounts ago and I seem to have an intermittent problem with notification sounds.
I can sometimes receive a call, a message or text and my phone gives no notification, it might no ring or beep and a couple of times it has rang once then went silent as if the caller had hung up yet they were still on the line . As I say it’s intermittent and when I went to a repair shop it was working perfect. Any ideas??
