Interview for QC Lab Attendant role

So I've got a 45 minute WebX interview for the above role next Thursday. I'm lacking a bit of confidence about if too many technical questions come up, as it's been two years since I've got my MSc in biotech. Someone already told me I'm over-qualified for this, so I'm hoping they'll just think "oh he's got a masters he'll do". This is basically what it says about the role on the job spec:

"The QC lab attendant role completes all water/environmental sampling and co-ordinates all testing and associated water/environmental actions for the quality control function within the facility. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, cGMP and GLP."

As is usually the case with modern day job specs this job spec doesn't mention anything about what actual skills are really needed. In other words there's no mention of something like HPLC, or BOD/COD testing. It just lists the kind of things that you see on every other job spec; things like "self motivated", "lean/6 sigma", "appropriate third level qualification", etc. So can anyone with experience in big pharma tell me what sort of stuff I'd really be doing in the lab (and why) if I were to get this role.

The only other things on the spec that might relate to something technical are:

•Support QC API sampling activities as required
•Liaise closely with gLIMS team for scheduling of required samples

Also - I've been hearing of GMP/GLP for years now, but no one has ever been able to give me a proper explanation as to what I should say about it in an interview; other than the fact I'm aware it's vitally important! Any other advice towards this would be much appreciated.

    Thank you
