New Apartment Shower / Bathroom taps not Working

    hey guys
    i have just moved into a new apartment with Dublin City Council and my shower is spurting out water at the moment like there is no pressure there is also no cold water from the cold taps either in the Bathroom but the kitchen seems to have cold water running from the taps i have enclosed 2 photos of the tank / boiler
    with three levers and a heating Panel
    any suggestions very welcome

    Is there a pump? An electrically powered unit with four pipes connected into it, probably located near the base of the hot cylinder.

    cant see any pumps at all

    You should have a hot and a cold feed from the cylinder going out. And one going in (to fill cylinder)
    Im no expert but crank them all open. Anti clockwise.
