Recommendations for Legal firms for conveyance services

    We are buying (for the first time) in Cork and would like some recommendations for firms that do the required legal work.

    The professional fees vary considerably though.

    Is there a material benefit to using a local firm?

    We are using FOD on Pembroke St, they've been great to deal with. Really responsive

    Kevin Hegarty Solicitors in Dillons Cross have handled a number of conveyances and other matters for me and many of my friends. I would recommend without hesitation.
