Safe pass Qualification

Hey, I was looking to do a safe pass to help me get a job, I was told that Intreo provide it when I rang them up they said only when your starting your job, it doesn't make sense to me to get the job I need a safe pass, I was just wondering do any other government bodies provide a safe pass? Thanks

Just from the citizens information website:

"If you are unemployed, and have been offered a job on a construction site but need to have a Safe Pass Card before you start work, your local Intreo Centre may be able to help with the fee for the training. See the Training Support Grant for more information."
