My Finding A Capital UK Radio For Every Country Challenge

So I've been putting down a radio station from every country that I think is like the UK's Capital FM over on Reddit. It's about radio stations that have a McDonald's type playlist and play new stuff with slogans saying number 1 hit music station or slimier. Instead of a link it's better to send a screenshot.

As you can see I found Ireland a bit difficult and think Today FM probably is the nearest station.

I notice while listening to music stations in the UK that apart from maybe breakfast shows, you don't really get any interaction at all with the listeners, you know the way here all you're Fergal Darcy's or Mureean O'Connell or whoever are all like " do you remember the crack in the 90s" text us on Vodafone 087... What's your favourite colour? Text on on Vodafone 087... What 00s tune haven't you heard in aaaaageeees text us on....

I think if you are looking for "McDonalds" type radio.. refer to oldies/current easy listening crossover stations such as Q102 or Sunshine with a playlist of 300 or so songs, a UK Chart Commercial leader such as Capital Radio..it is just a bad example that you gave??

I am learning Spanish so I listen to quite a bit of Spanish radio, just to immerse myself in the language a bit more. I see you have a station down for Spain called Vibe FM, which Im not too familiar with. I would have said the closest example there is the station "Los 40", meaning "The 40". Their slogan is "Todos los exitos", which basically means "All the hits".

I think Spin, Beat or FM104 might be better examples than Today FM for Ireland, as my feeling is they play a lot more "hit music" and brand themselves that way than for example Today FM do.

Today FM's playlist in Ireland would be more akin to Heart from the Global stable than Capital.

The closest stations to Capital in Ireland would be Spin, iRadio and Beat.
