Small Claims Court turn around

Hi There,
Looking for information regards to small claim courts turn around period.
I made an application two weeks and it was redirected to different district court on the same day.
After that there is no update.

I just received ack when made the application, don't have any reference number.
I sent mail last week and was told they will forward my mail .

Any idea what will be processing time of small claims dispute applications.

District court staff normally very efficient. Allow for Covid factors and also vacation time.

I submitted two cases three weeks ago. One was assigned to a different courthouse a few days ago, no activity on the other at all. I assume they’re dealing with a backing at the minute. Annoying not to have any contact at all for three weeks.

I am on same page, submitted a small claim three weeks ago, re assigned to different court on same day, since then no up progress.
I don't even know that my case is on Queue or waiting list or any sort of progres at all...
