'Elastodynamic' Paint?

Hi all - I want to paint a brick fireplace, and according to all the research I've done, elastodynamic paint is best for porous surfaces. I can't find it anywhere in Ireland - does anybody know of a stockist? Or perhaps that's the US name, and it's called something else here?
