Need help attach radio Audi A3 08

Hi folks, anyone could explain how !! Properly!! connect aftermarket radio. My audi a3, 2008 have 2 din radio from factory, i want put in 2 din pioneer radio. After connected, only front top speakers work. Rear and front door speakers wont work. After a lot of try, i figured out, that seperate green connector on fakra connection activate rear speakers, with factory radio without green connector, works only front top and botom speakers, after connecting aftermarket, works only fron top speakers, there is 4 wires from radio (rear speakers) goes in to socket where it splits in to five and suppose to connect for rear speakers, but there is no luck. Obviously i have to rearrange wires, but i need to know what these 3 wires in green connector mean. Does it suppose to activate subwoofer with some power lead.. Bit confused.

The speaker system might be partially amplified. Bring it to a professional & get them to install it properly. If you blow the amplifier or the speakers by messing with the wiring it could end up costing a lot to fix it.
