Sky news gone?

    I have a Fegurson Ariva box in living room and a sky box in kitchen, now on the Ariva box i can no longer get sky news tried tuning no joy, on the sky box i can get sky news, not paying subscription ,freeview, why is this?

    Skyboxes automatically retune themselves regularly, any new channels or any channels which have migrated frequency are automatically found and stored.
    Generic boxes like the Ariva do not do this.
    If you do a full rescan (blind scan) you should pick it up again, if not there may be a problem somewhere with your tv system.

    Done full scan twice, get sky new 386 and 387, scrambled?

    Found it, i wasn't doing a FULL scan, thought i was.
