Spent the last couple of weeks building this reverse flow offset BBQ. Going to try smoking and grilling a full roast of Fallow. It's made in 4 main parts so it can come apart to transport if needed.
But first I'll have to stalk one down.

Made from 2 propane gas cylinders, 20mm box iron, and 90mm flue

Idle hands and needed this for a family BBQ in the evening. Made from an air compressor cylinder, 90mm x 90mm flue and the color gas cylinder collar ring, welded on to sit it on.

My first beef brisket and pork belly ready to serve. A 10 hour cook, tender and delicious. With a nice pink smoke ring on the meat.

Can't work out which is tastier, the welding or the pork????? Available to inspect the pork at any time.
