Any experiences with buying investment property with pension?

    Am thinking of buying some property thru my pension.
    Anybody have any experiences on same in terms of annual charges to the property etc and management by the fund of the property?

    Look out for covid as tenant may stop paying rent and it's hard to evict a tenant your buying at top of market
    And you will find they are overbuilding flats
    In few years time flats will be sitting empty
