USB C Splitter for earphones and charging

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good USB C Splitter to allow both charging and listening to earphones.

I had the iNassen splitter but they only lasted three months.

Really looking for the dual usb ports and not the one that comes with the 3.5 jack.

I already have a pair of the sony wh-1000xm3. This is more for listening to headphones at night and to fall asleep to. But by the end of the day the battery is almost dead and needs a charge so want to be able to do both
