Anyone know what types of jobs I could get my foot in the door with? Struggling to get to many interviews at all and Im not sure if its just bad timing with the current climate.

It's a Technician/Toolmaker level qualification although a lot of more regulated places: Pharma/Med Devices do specify Level 7 min or trade qualified.

I doubt you'd be getting in the door as a mech engineer is all, but a lot of Technician roles it should be grand for. Can you do an add on year to get a level 7 degree?
