I appeal my visa in march 2020 And December 2018 is processing now in Dublin

So I just want to know , can I withdraw my application and to apply after 1 month with new application because it takes to much to process my appeal? I can’t wait 2-3 years for spouse visa.
    Thank you

Yes, you should be able to do this. Where did you send the appeal to? Dublin or an Embassy? Write to where ever it was, and tell them you wish to withdraw the appeal. Register the letter to make sure they get it and also email it to visamail@justice.ie.

It would be very important that when you make the new application you address the reasons for the previous refusal in a cover letter.

The wait times are absolutely ridiculous.

I send in Dublin with solicitor. It takes to much time. Also I don’t have the passport from January 2019 when I applied.
