Pay primary teaching?

Hi..I'm a primary teacher and am covering a maternity leave since 27th August this year. The woman who I am covering for said she may not come back at all for the rest of the school year due to Covid (don't think she is due until Nov/Dec anyway). Another teacher is covering a career break for a teacher in the same school. Just wondering regarding the difference in pay between me and that teacher who is covering the fixed term for the year as they will get holiday pay? Is there much of a difference or how does it work? I will also claim welfare for Christmas/midterm/Easter etc?
