    i have a site at the back of my daughters property. i would like to build a granny flat the only way i can get a waste and water connection to the road is to go through her garden which she will agree to can i do this for a new connection

    This is possible, however, you will need to have a way leave agreement in place before you apply for a new connection. Once this is in place, you can apply for a new connection here.
