    Hey

My home is plumbed in the (mostly) normal way of the hot water bathroom taps being fed from the immersion heater. Similar to below...

The sink hot water tap in the bathroom always has very low pressure though, even when there it hot water in the immersion tank. The cold tap right next to it has always good pressure. The bath hot water tap always has good pressure too. The electric shower (fed by the water tank in the attic) always has good pressure. and the two pipes that lead to the sinks cold and hot tap are the exact same type (width, colour etc)

Does anyone know why this might be?

    thanks in advance,

Could be a number of things. If the bath is getting good pressure, first thing I'd check would be whether the tap has a built in aerator/filter at the outlet - unscrew it if it does, and see. Would also lift out the tap insert to see if there's any debris caught behind it, or whether the insert was iffy in general.
