Selling remapped car? Should it be reverted to stock?

Thinking of selling my car soon. It's 318D E90 2009, 93'000 Miles. It's been remapped 2 years ago to 186 bhp, it was remapped by reputable garage, I paid (I think) about 350 Euro for it. Would this decrease value of vehicle? I can go back to that garage and get it reverted to stock (for 50 euro), would that be worth doing?
