Guide price for full plumbing / heating inspections of 2nd hand house?

Hi all,

Would it be possible to get a guide price for the following:

• RGII-registered plumbing and heating contractor to examine boiler, radiators and associated pipework for a 2 up 2 down ex-council house in Crumlin?
• RGII-registered plumber to examine the water supply pipework within the boundary. (I presume this last one isn’t really possible without digging up the joint? So I assume this something I just due ASAP if I buy the place...but interested to get guide price nonetheless if that's possible)

Its in decent condition throughout.
Standard stuff for pre-purchase inspection.

Any replies gratefully received!

I don’t see why you’re stressing that the plumber must be RGII. Yes, for anything gas related they’ll need to be RGI, but everything else no.
I assume it’s a gas boiler, do ask for an annex E inspection.

Thanks for that - I've done that. This query is in relation to what cropped up on that report.
