TV Sound Dynamics on sensitive hearing

01-09-2020 05:06PM#1Hi, I noticed a family member turning the tv volume up and down constantly, and i've noticed why, she hears changes in dynamics louder than me, so if it goes from talking to a crowd scene it bothers her more than me. Do you think a sound bar would smooth out the dynamics and make her and my life more bearable

I definitely think a soundbar would be a good way to go. A soundbar can boost the voice in a soundtrack while not making dynamic shifts too overpowering!
I would recommend something like the Yamaha YAS207 which is a great all rounder!
