Eir broadband in city centre

    Hi folks,

    I have been using virgin for years, decided to switch from them.

    Eir seem to have the best deal going, I have heard some bad reports just wondering if they are actually ok or best avoided.

    I live in D8, by Christchurch.
    I have heard their customer service is dreadful.
    I have heard they add random charges on to the bills.

    Anyone in Dublin city centre able to comment on speed / reliability?
    Anyone in general have any complaints or find them ok?

    Any info appreciated..
