    Hello fellow musicians!

    I've started working on some materials from scratch and it turned out to be a very huge challenge which I can not handle every aspect of it myself. Besides, it's always way better than working alone, so here I go;

    What I'm thinking of making is a synthesis of avantgarde, shoegaze, black metal, and some crust/punk elements. These genre names are unfortunately necessary to define what I'm after, sorry for looking a bit posh with those. If you definitely need some names to better understand; Ulver, Cult of Luna, The Body, Daughters, Wolves in the Throne Room.

    I've been producing some material for demo purposes, which are mostly max. 1:30 lasting cuts of different attempts of what I'm doing. For those who are interested in discussing what we can do together, I'll of course share these materials with them.

    Most importantly; I want to directly dive into this project. I'm really tired of trying to understand each other by "covering some songs we like" and then never passing beyond that point because of the passion for covers. I want to release my/our own music, play those tunes in different locations, make meaningful connections, etc.

    In my home studio, I have most recording equipment necessary to put out a nice EP. I even have some sort of a rehearsal space which can be used at further stages, why not?

    Ah, also I'm a 33 year old man residing in North Dublin, if it matters to some.

    Now what I kind of expect from people before contacting me:

    - Knowledge and ability of producing own tunes. Because I want all of us to be creating and sharing ideas not with words, but mostly with what we play and create. It does not have to be a very well recorded channel, but it should give the idea

    - I'm looking for someone who can play drums, but also have some knowledge in music theory. We're not gonna talk through modes, key signatures and transpositions all day, but sharing the musical language is pretty important. I'm not great at those things also, but I have the foundation like chord progressions, building chords, etc.

    - Age/gender/ or any other aspect is not important at all. However I want this journey to last, and be active. If every small detail in your life is going to be an excuse for not being productive with me/us, please do not even contact :)

    I hope I explained what I'm looking for enough :) Please hit me with your questions via PM, or here, doesn't matter.

    Peace to all!
