    Can you connect it to a different computer and see if the problem persists?
    If yes, then the keyboard (or its receiver) might be faulty. If the problem disappears, then you need to verify the USB ports on your PC (see if it works with the receiver plugged into a different port), or Windows settings.

    There are some other suggested remedies on the Internet, YMMV.
